Gang Channel

Gang Channel

Used on both engine and airframe applications. We manufacturer in straight, radius, oval, and race track in a variety of width, length, radius, and nut spacing specified by OEM drawings. Gang channel assemblies are available in non-floating, seld-sealing dome, high reuse, and deep counter bored nuts. These can be permanent or replaceable.

Anchor Nut

Anchor Nut

Anchor nuts or nut plates are self-locking nuts providing a permanent attachment for threaded fasteners in inaccessible or blind locations. We manufacture in non-floating or floating configurations and are available indomed seal configurations with rubber seal on the base.

Barrel Nut

Barrel Nut

Barrel nuts are high strength, self-locking nuts for use with high strength bolts of tensile strength up to 240 KSI. Barrel nuts are used in locations where wrenching space is not available. Manufactured in high strength alloys, they are available in non-floating or floating configurations with self-locking feature. They can be either deformed upper threads (crimp) or have a nylon or VESPEL locking insert.

Shank Nut

Shank Nut

Shank nuts are designed to endure high stress and extreme temperatures. Made primarily from A-286 CRES and high nickel waspaloy material, these are primarily used in higher heat areas on aircraft engines. Shank nuts provide three desirable features: self-locking, self-retaining, and self-wrenching. Manufactured in different configurations such as D-shape, trapezoidal, bent tab, and slab sided configurations to OEM standards.
